This Privacy Policy explains how Lekhva handles information when you use the Lekhva mobile application and related website.
Information you provide
You may provide business details, client information, invoice information, payment records, account information and support messages. The app may also store locally generated documents, drafts and business assets on your device.
Local-first storage
Lekhva is designed with local-first storage. Core business records may be stored in an encrypted local database on your device. Backups and generated files may also be stored on your device unless you choose a service that transmits them.
Account information
If you create an account, Lekhva may process your email address and authentication/session information through its authentication infrastructure. Account-related processing is used to provide sign-in, account recovery and account management.
Payments and subscriptions
Purchases and subscription status are processed through the applicable app store and payment infrastructure. RevenueCat may be used to manage purchase entitlements and subscription state. Lekhva does not ask you to provide your full payment-card details directly inside the app.
Analytics and crash reporting
Lekhva may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage and diagnose crashes and technical problems. The information collected depends on the configuration of these services and your device/platform settings.
How information is used

- Protect the service against abuse and unauthorized access.
Data sharing
Lekhva may use service providers such as authentication, analytics, crash-reporting and purchase-management providers to operate the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information and the service involved. You may request account/data deletion through the account deletion flow in the app or by contacting support. Local device data may remain on your device until you delete it or uninstall/clear the application data.
Children
Lekhva is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as Lekhva evolves. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
